I subconsciously keep telling myself leg leg leg and kick on and counting my strides when i watch your videos and if you havent had a crisis of confidence at some point in your riding career then either your not pushing yourself hard enough or you havent had a bad fall

I get scared sometimes when im jumping its me who cant do its never the its the fear inside us

very late to this post, however, i am a very nervous jumper, and i'm fine on the flat, but whenever i go to a jump i either say :im a bad ass" in my head or out loud, and it really helps

If you're a woman you have natural ability to do horse jumping. You have a natural rythum that no man was given. So just realize you can do it. Don't agree with me? Just look at the shear number of videos of women jumping perfectly compared to male videos. It's true. I really wish I had been born as a female. My loss. You can do this, I cannot

I know I’m late, but please don’t jump so high if you don’t have confidence, it just makes you feel worse, maybe as your trainer to go lower on the jumps, good luck ^^

me saying “oh what a good horse” every time u get a wonky distance! your horse is very honest but that jump you fell off on was terrifying and i definitely would have major confidence issues there

It's all very logical. If you don't see your distance and you are behind the movement half of the time, your horse will give up sooner or later.
